No. We soak your plants with water before we start and rinse them again when we’re done, so the cleaning solution doesn’t sit on them.
Nope. As long as we can get to an outside water spigot and all sides of the house, you can be at work. We’ll text you when it’s done.
Most homes take a few hours. We’re in and out the same day.
Light rain doesn’t hurt the wash. If a real storm rolls in, we’ll text you and move you to the next open day.
Your first full house wash is $299. After that, we come back every six months and wash it again for $249. Algae and mildew never get a chance to build up, and we’ll reach out when you’re due.
No deposit. You pay after the job is done and you’re happy with it. Whatever’s easiest for you works: cash, check, Cash App, or card. We can also send you an online invoice so you can pay with a card from your phone.
We make sure you’re happy with it before we leave. If you spot something we missed later, call us and we’ll come back and make it right for free.
